Impeller Casting

At Law Castings, we manufacture impellers, ranging in size from 100mm to 900mm in diameter. Our impeller casting is limited by a weight of up to 280kg, but not in size.

We specialise in manufacturing impellers in a range of stainless steel alloys, Martensitic stainless, 316 stainless and super duplex. We also manufacture impellers in chrome iron & cast iron.

Typical grade that we cast are: AS2074 H3 A, B, C, ASTM A743 CA6NM, CA15, AS2074 H5A, H6A & B, ASTM A890 Grade 1B, AS1830 Grade 150 to 250, AS2027 Cr27%

All of our impeller castings are manufactured using sand casting process.

We can manufacture these impellers using customer patterns or we can organise patterns to be manufactured from customer drawings and/or samples.
